QUESTIONS TO CAITE BLACKBIRD
“First off, Caite - huge congratulations on your victory last night against Keegan Ryan. You've now got Lex Collins in the semi-final, a man you've spoken highly of very recently. Just how different will this test against Lex be in comparison to the test that Ryan presented? Is this a tougher challenge? Easier? Indifferent?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
“Just how challenging was it to stay on the straight and narrow in your fight last night? We saw a couple of instances where the referee had to intervene and stop things from getting out of hand. Are traditional wrestling matches creating something of an adjustment period for you? Or do you put it down to the type of guy you were facing?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
“Last night we saw you forge a partnership with George 'Big Bucks' Banks, one of the four 'Dons of Wrestling'. What kind of professional benefits do you feel this partnership should present you with?” – Erica Bradley; L.A Independent.
“Just a second question from me, Caite: you stated a few days ago in a previous press conference that you expect to be in the final of the World Championship tournament against Lara Chambers. Having seen Trixie's performance last night, has it changed your opinion on it at all? Or do you still expect Lara to reach the final?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
QUESTIONS TO DICK DEVEREAUX
“Major congratulations over your victory last night, which - as we can see from the belt in front of you - led to you becoming the company's first ever Fusion X Champion. Fans were slightly surprised that the match wasn't as "hardcore" as it had perhaps been billed or hyped by either of you. Can you just talk us through why you chose to avoid being excessively hardcore?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
"This week you're facing a newcomer in Georgia Mack, who has already spoken out about her chances against you. She tore you down quite severely, so much so that many are already talking about the fact that she's got you beaten. How do you respond to that and what can you do to combat all the advantages she talks about?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
“Hypothetically speaking, if Georgia Mack were to defeat you this Sunday, would you be willing to grant her a second match with the Fusion X Championship on the line?” – Erica Bradley; L.A Independent.
"Regardless of what happens this week, you've got a title defence next week against the winner of the Fatal 4-Way Cage Match between Voidstar, Keegan Ryan, Walter Hobbs and Christian Valentine. Care to weigh in on this fight? Who do you anticipate winning this match and becoming the new number one contender for your title?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
QUESTIONS TO GEORGIA MACK
“You've been incredibly quick to dissect your opponent ahead of the non-title match this week and you certainly pulled no punches as to why and how you'll beat him. Do you honestly not see Devereaux as a credible threat whatsoever?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
“If you're successful this Sunday, a win over a champion would potentially put you in pole position for a title shot against him. Is the Fusion X Championship a belt that interests you? Or do you have other objectives?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
“Rumour has it that you're a front runner to become the new face of Aqua Drop. Can you confirm if there's any truth to this? If so, how did you manage to get yourself into that position as a newcomer? Did you actively tout for it? What happened?. - Erica Bradley; L.A Independent.
QUESTIONS TO LARA CHAMBERS
“First off, Lara - huge congratulations on your victory last night against Neville Proctor. You've now got Trixie in the semi-final, a woman you've got a seemingly good relationship with behind the scenes. Just how different will this test against Trixie be in comparison to the test that Neville presented? Is this a tougher challenge? Easier? Indifferent?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
“Trixie had a pretty interesting night, given her flawless victory against a promising fighter in Becky Konrad, as well as the fact that she's been pulled from the Aqua Drop campaign. Give us your thoughts on both of those situations. Did she surprise you with how good she was last night, in spite of the controversy in her private life?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
“Last night we saw you forge a partnership with Bobby 'The Bruiser' Floyd, one of the four 'Dons of Wrestling'. What kind of professional benefits do you feel this partnership should present you with?” – Erica Bradley; L.A Independent.
“Just a second question from me, Lara: assuming you beat Trixie and reach the final, who are you expecting to face for the World Championship? Caite Blackbird or Lex Collins?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
QUESTIONS TO LEX COLLINS
“First off, Lex - huge congratulations on your victory last night against Christian Valentine. You've now got Caite Blackbird in the semi-final, a woman you've spoken highly of very recently. Just how different will this test against Caite be in comparison to the test that Valentine presented? Is this a tougher challenge? Easier? Indifferent?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
“You went into your fight last night off the back of another match elsewhere only a few days prior. How did that affect your performance? Is there any concern in the Lex Collins training camp that you may be juggling too many balls at the one time? Or are you able to deal with the heavier workloads?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
“Last night we saw you forge a partnership with Tony 'The Stallion' Castillo, one of the four 'Dons of Wrestling'. What kind of professional benefits do you feel this partnership should present you with?” – Erica Bradley; L.A Independent.
“Just a second question from me, Lex: assuming you beat Caite Blackbird and reach the final, who are you expecting to face for the World Championship? Trixie or Lara Chambers?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
QUESTIONS TO SETH DANIELS
“You're set to compete in your first official match here at Engage this Sunday against Van Quinn. Is there any part of you that feels annoyed not to be involved in the World Championship tournament?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
“Obviously you're going to feel confident of a victory this Sunday against Quinn, but can you just give us your thoughts on what gives you the advantage in the fight?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
“Critics have said that you failed to make a big impact in your last promotion - Deathcore Wrestling. First off, how do you respond to that? And secondly, how do you intend to make sure everyone is talking about Seth Daniels here at Engage?. - Erica Bradley; L.A Independent.
QUESTIONS TO TRIXIE
“First off, Trixie - huge congratulations on your victory last night against Becky Konrad. You've now got Lara Chambers in the semi-final, a woman you've seemingly got a good relationship with behind the scenes. Just how different will this test against Lara be in comparison to the test that Konrad presented? Is this a tougher challenge? Easier? Indifferent?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
“After being photographed on a night out the night before your fight and having all those embarrassing pictures going viral, how are you coping? It didn't look like it affected your performance, but after the fight we learned that Aqua Drop axed you as the face of their brand. Just share with us how you're feeling about it all? Any regrets?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
“Last night we saw you forge a partnership with Ernie 'Pretty Boy' Parker, one of the four 'Dons of Wrestling'. What kind of professional benefits do you feel this partnership should present you with?” – Erica Bradley; L.A Independent.
“Just a second question from me, Trixie: assuming you beat Lara Chambers and reach the final, who are you expecting to face for the World Championship? Caite Blackbird or Lex Collins?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
QUESTIONS TO VAN QUINN
“You're set to compete in your first official match here at Engage this Sunday against Van Quinn. How confident are you in a victory and why?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
“We've seen recently that you've jumped to the defence of Trixie on social media against Voidstar. Why is that? What's the relationship between you and the blonde fighter?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
“Nobody has seen or heard much of you since you signed to Engage. What's your big objective during your time here? Titles? Fun? What's on the cards for Van Quinn?. - Erica Bradley; L.A Independent.
QUESTIONS TO VOIDSTAR
“You'll face three other men on Sunday night inside a steel cage for the chance to face Dick Devereaux for the Fusion X Championship. How happy are you with the fans voting for a cage match?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
“Given that you've been pretty upfront about not being motivated by titles, what's your motivation in this contenders match? What does it mean to you?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
“You've targeted Trixie recently on social media. Why is that?. - Erica Bradley; L.A Independent.
QUESTIONS TO WALTER HOBBS
“Your debut match here sees you enter a cage match with three other fighters. Given your reaction to the brawl last night during the show, can we assume you're not happy with the match stipulation?” – Owen Wells; The L.A Times
“How are you feeling after passing out last night? Have you recovered? Will you be fit and ready for this Sunday?” – Derek Baker; Engage Wrestling [dot] com.
“What role, if any, will Amarillo Nash play in this cage match on Sunday, given that he's signed with the company? - Erica Bradley; L.A Independent.
